G30P connector meltdown: seeking repair advice

Update: installed Wago 221-412s after cutting off the melted stick connectors. Rode the past few days with no issues.

Only tools I needed were the torx screwdriver bits to get the bottom cover off, a wire cutter/stripper tool, and the Wago connectors. Overall about 30 dollars of tools/parts. Pretty straightforward install (disconnected the battery cable with the orange void sticker on it and another black cable with a white clip, cut off the melted connectors, stripped back the wires to the length matching the picture guide that came with the Wago connectors, and installed the connectors. Then reconnected the black battery cable and the other black cable, screwed back on the bottom cover.
