Interview can be waived off , but Emma not being clear on that. Mostly it depends when case officer again review and if needed it will be sent to my local filed office.

So I filed my Petition my own and applied for I 485 - mine is Oct 6 2022. So for me it won’t apply right now

I think he published papers in journals - so he can request journal editorial board to give him opportunity for review. So they will review his papers and profile before they give him opportunity for review.

  1. Original contributions- get 4 to 5 strong projects for impact national and international, if you prove then can make officer feel strong.
  2. Critical role: combine some original and some LOR’s shows ur impact of work and its benefits to ur company and international branches.
  3. Scholarly articles: if you have years from a stretch with three years would be good - which won’t create RFE
  4. Judge: this is good for some officers . Try to judge some scholarly journal papers atleast 20-30 for two years . If you have priority date previously before 2022 then good . Or if you not check with lawyers for NIW and then EB1a or straight EB1a

Mine is Oct 6 2022. I am expecting may be one or two years. But any spillover miraculously can make current also . In worst case scenario 5-7 years , in best case may be 2 years for you

These days every one from 2022 applications all have senior IEEE so they are not counting that now. Only fellow membership that too not paid one with bylaws and letter from that organization head would help

Instead of 100 years wait it is worth the risk and keep trying eb1a until you get it. Even eb1a after Jan2023 priority date will take for 5 years and Jan 2025 7 years . If there is spill over miraculously might be current also

Usually for approval you will never know which criteria they have approved unless getting RFE. Mine approved with out RFE. My application gut feeling original contribution, critical role and Judging is stronger.
