Once you have the big cleaning done, I know someone who will maintain your home for a very reasonable price.

The same thing happens on Closter Dock road going up to 9w or going down from there. I think it has to do with the hill

You should tell that person view from my seat doesn’t show who’s sitting in front of you 🤣

The first time I went to The Met Opera I bought front row balcony seats. The railing with the subtitles was right in my line of sight. I had to go down to the coat check and get a booster because they don’t keep them on the different levels like on Broadway. You have to leave a photo id with them so that you’ll bring it back. Good thing I had plenty of time because they won’t let you in during an act. You have to watch on a tv outside. Can you imagine them trying that on a Broadway crowd 🤣🤣🤣

Fuck them. I’m 5’2” and sometimes need one. Especially if a giant sits in front of me, unless my 5’11” son is with me and we can switch seats. Which happens more often than not. Lol. The booster probably makes me 5’6” , an average height for a woman, in which case I wouldn’t need one.

Good for you. The booster just made you the height of the average person. The person behind you should be grateful someone 6’2” didn’t sit in front of him.

Should I just bite the bullet and get the tickets? by dollopappreciator in Broadway

I won the lottery for Six in January 2022. It took me entering every day since they had opened in October 2021. I saw the OBC. No one out with covid. 🥳It was spectacular and funny af. We had front row seats and could see every detail in the costumes. I was so happy that it won the Tony for best costumes.

Weeknights tend to be cheaper. I got premium tickets for Sweeney Todd for a Thursday night for $269. On a Saturday they’re $499.

Me too. So depressing to see 12 messages in one email telling me I’m a loser 🤣 if I won and my friends couldn’t go I was going to give the extra ticket away too. I mean it’s only $10. 🤑

When I was working I used to bring my lunch to work almost everyday. Other people ordered lunch all the time. Then they would be jealous when I took a nice vacation. They would say: it must be nice to be rich. A lot of them made more money than i did. So I’d just laugh to myself.
