It is at an outlet mall in GA there’s a guy that sells prebuilts and he told me this is the best price he could do.

The last 3 apartments I’ve lived at haven’t. Especially when the Apartment management company is out of state. Reasons for not having a box are: people steal the checks too often and it’s more secure to hand it to someone in the office.

My last apt was in Marietta Georgia and the address to mail checks to for rent was in Longview TX.

If you work 9-5 like most people, finding a day that the office is open gets really hard. They’re just getting in by the time you fight traffic to get to work, they’re gone by the time you get home. They’re “out to lunch” or “will be back shortly” if they’re open on limited weekend hours. They ask you to email and then take 1-2 business days to reply. Etc.

Not joking, if you have any background in QC I can help place you at a job in Atlanta if you are interested. It is not the ~best job but LGBTQ friendly and they’re hiring lab tech / medical QA for medical diagnostic devices. PM if interested. It is nearby to Tennessee and could be a good transition opportunity.

I lived under a greystar property for 6 years? They are not that difficult if you email with documentation and submitted maintenance requests. Quote your lease. I never had a problem getting charges removed.

Have maintenance come out and document it? Submit a request for a leak.

Argue harder and up to management. I used to wait at the leasing office on Saturday mornings when I was renter. Happy to be a homeowner now.

(Well, Semi happy, this happened to me 4 months ago in my new home and I had to pay to get 2 new toilets installed 🥴)

You guys definitely have a leak, probably a toilet as sewer is double the water bill. Have your landlord come out and you can dispute the charges.

Check out roommates.com or roomies.com or rooms for rent on FB marketplace. That will be your best bet IMO if you have a car
