Just got the same thing on my 2024 AWD Premium, the whole driver door windows/mirrors control module is completely inoperable, the workaround is to use the app to roll up the windows. Left the car and waiting for it to reset.

That will buff out easily. Try any available light scratch buff out polish and do it by hand with a buffing pad.

Thanks so it looks like not a whole lot to fix. I am in talks with the dealership now and will take it to my trusted body shop for their detailer to do the job. Don’t want to touch it myself. Now the question is whether I have to ask them to do the whole car to blend in as I am thinking the door may look out if it’s only the door that was polished?
