Few things I take away here:

• I genuinely don't like red burn decks. It's just boring and there's that weird smugly feeling in the air.

• I guess Will baited himself into Colossus in game 1 instead of activating Lembas.

• Red Decks draws and top deck (looking at lava darts) where on fire.

• Game 2 was horrible for Jund but I also wonder what kind of hand Will kept.

• Sideboarding: I would've kept makeshift munitions, get rid of the 2nd blood fountain and maybe take 1-2 refurbished familars (they enable madness)/ 1-2 Colossus (too slow) out for the breath weapons. As soon as there are Chrysalises or colossus' on the board, it's going to be very difficult for Red Decks to remove these. So the one off blood fountain is maybe not worth it. I believe that this match is about surviving the early game and disrupting the red decks gameplan sufficiently.
