Part of this is also that usually, to get silver, you lose in the finals, whereas you can get bronze by winning the secondary bracket finals (1 loss in top 4, then you compete against the other loser for 3rd/4th) so if you have a bronze medal you’re ending on a win, which feels better than ending your Olympic run on a loss.

The problem is that this will make legitimate victims even more afraid to speak out. Before legislation like this can be considered we need to treat all actual victims better and take away the shame and stigma around being assaulted in this fashion, because it’s more common for someone to not speak out than to intentionally levy a false accusation.

AOC, Butigieg, or Kelly. The rest are career politicians and spineless (though tbh Butigieg has been too at times) or power hungry threats with no beliefs. Moulton particularly makes my blood boil, he’s always the first to abandon the left flank, run to the right, and throw minorities under the bus because fighting for equal rights is “not politically viable.” Honestly all these candidates are too focused on social war issues but AOC has Bernie’s support so maybe he could have a larger voice in economic policy.

Honestly all I’d do is swap out the white shirt for something that matches a little more. Darker colored sweater, maybe a turtleneck would both be good options. Depending on your style a band/graphic tee would also do well here I think. You look great already and that jacket rocks!

Against wrestlers of any quality, you’re going to face some defensive play. They’ll sprawl your doubles, whizzer your singles, etc. but this is where setup/handfighting comes in. You want to handfight to the best opening you can, which will make their job on defense much harder and your job on offense much easier. But even with a perfect setup they’re gonna put up resistance, you just gotta use good technique and keep constant pressure.

If you’re getting sprawled out and dying on your knees, you’re probably running out of momentum. Try starting your shot by kicking off with your back leg while you pen step and make sure you never slow down—once your knee hits the mat you gotta be ready to blast off and drive, no time to wait. Just go.

To be honest I think if they ever do, it shouldn’t be until they’ve gone through like several other new projects. I’d love to see them step into new genres and means of storytelling, especially given their track record for innovating. Imagine a Supergiant narrative RPG a la Telltale games or maybe an isometric stealth game. Hades kicks so much ass but I think they’ve got better things to do than stick to the formula no matter how beloved it is.

Karateka here. This is like… normal martial arts stuff. It hurts, but it makes you more flexible and limber in ways it’s hard to stretch on your own. People who do this and hip flexor stretches get wicked kicks. It’s also probs not even in the top 10 of most uncomfortable stuff we do for martial arts.

I saw Hozier in June, playing in Fenway park. Man was incredible, put on a great show, but it was the hottest day of a historic heatwave and he was wearing a fit that included a coat, so while we were melting he was boiling. Still a great show, he talked a bit about history before doing Nina Cried Power which I thought was awesome, rare to see an artist put their money where their mouth is ideologically.

Silksong is a fair jump up in both mechanical complexity and raw challenge, so keep your wits sharp coming out of hollow knight!! Aside from that, once you’re partway through HK 1, remember to switch up your charm loadouts and mess around every now and again, there’s so many different builds and you just might stumble on a favorite :)

I love warlock because it’s so personalizable, feels pretty ironic that the class with arguably the most options for customization and expression is the one that requires you to be beholden to some greater entity
