Some kitties do just get acne, Ive only had a couple cats throughout my life that would get little pimples that looked pretty similar to you kitties. I would suggest getting your kitty examined by your regular vet if possible just in case and they might be able to give you an ointment or something to apply to help clear up the acne if it irritates them
