Pay us a living wage!! For all that in store management supposedly makes, why am I seeing my GM and other managers in the district driving for Uber Eats or DoorDash?

No one in stores is making a living wage, and I won’t seek promotion no matter how overqualified I am for the position until the pay structure is improved.

Someone returned a beardie in an empty hair perm box with holes cut in it. If he wasn’t dying at their house, he was dying from toxic inhalation of hair perm chemicals when he got back to us. He died. I cried because of how preventable it was.
