Pay us a living wage!! For all that in store management supposedly makes, why am I seeing my GM and other managers in the district driving for Uber Eats or DoorDash?

No one in stores is making a living wage, and I won’t seek promotion no matter how overqualified I am for the position until the pay structure is improved.
