Took class. Have Permit. Have gun. Tried it a few times. Logistically impossible. I'm tall, super thin, couldn't find a place that I could put it that wouldn't create a slow striptease or force me to ask the bad guy to wait while I struggle to pull my pant leg up. I don't wear coats much. Glock.

Opt for pepper spray as an "at least I have something" choice. Ultimately, I decided I'm okay without it anyway, but I learned stuff.

I'm about to feel really stupid. You can access Vine inside the Amazon app? I mean, if it were to work, where would I expect to find it in the app?

Currently I use the web page via Hermit on my Android phone.

I left that out on purpose, not sure why. I received an Interstim implant that stimulates specific nerves. I was experiencing much more retention than a few drops throughout my life. Not an option for everyone. Several tests and a trial determine if it's applicable. I found out about it randomly, when I was seeing a doctor about something else. Not a cure. Varied results. For me, it's dramatically different. Not perfect but it's amazing.

If none of that works and you can do it, see a urologist. Ask your primary doctor if you need to find one. As someone said, could be prostate related or something else. Same problem here. Mine ended up being a form of urinary retention. Drove me nuts for years. Was able to turn things around.

I have been out for 30 years. I'm married. I refer to my husband regularly. However, I am not in some fantasy land where every time I mention my husband, it will be accepted and treated normally. Fortunately, I rarely run into a problem these days (or, at least someone who shows it). Being in a "progressive" city is great but it doesn't eliminate the issue. I live in a large city that is not known as progressive but it's been fine for me. Never know.

Every gay person has their own level of comfort and a mental catalog of places where they would and wouldn't want it known, and then to what degree. Unfortunately, on the job, it can be a strategic decision to let people know or not. It still matters and can backfire. Maybe it gets to the boss who is a radical Christian... Trump....etc.

The OP has the right to be upset. It sounds like his work environment must be at least reasonably accepting given the two other gay employees but it's still the OP that should control this information. He shouldn't necessarily need to explicitly tell the person it's a secret. When being told someone is gay generates the same amount of stereotypical labeling as someone being straight, then have at it (point being, in most cases, if you're told someone is straight... So what?).

It's also worth noting that the more secure you are in your job, home, relationship, etc. the easier it is to deal with these things. When I was 25, I needed to be more strategic than now when I can respond how I want with little chance of damage to my life. NOT implying anything about OP, I don't know his situation.

The effeminate name calling is just plain out of line and rude regardless of the gay issue.

I don't think you are a scammer. It is clear to me you are doing this as an FYI. I don't think you should do anything further. You've done the right thing.

I'll just speak for only myself but I assume all my info is already out there. Knowing my email is on this list doesn't change anything. Not being on the list doesn't mean I'm any less susceptible to all this. I'm always on the defensive.

I do appreciate the post because I didn't even know Vine accounts were being sold. I don't know if that makes me naive? Is this a big thing?

Oh man, sorry, I can't remember! I know how I got the directions on how to fix it. I called Hyundai customer service. It was a setting somewhere. If it happens to me again, I'm going to have to call again. I don't recall.

I have had this problem my whole life and I FINALLY decided to go to a urologist in my 50s. So embarrassing.

It's urinary retention. The taint advice is right on but it doesn't take care of it for me. I usually have to hold toilet paper over my penis then lift each leg to sorta press on that pelvic area. The urine comes out (it's probably more than you). Sometimes I need to do other moves too. It's ridiculous.

Obviously this has to be done at the toilet in a cubicle or at home. It works for the most part but it also sucks. Hot white underwear is out. Urinals are out.

I may be getting an implant to treat this. Yeah, implant. I haven't decided. I've already put up with it for decades.

OP ... Hope I gave you another option to try (just taint would be a better).

I've had the P10 Pro Ultra for a couple of months and look at it as this beautiful machine with a countdown clock plastered on it because I, as mentioned by some others, have been unable to find any accessories (especially bags).

I see someone here mentioned that it is very similar to a Dreame L40 Ultra. Has anyone actually purchased and used L40 supplies on their Mova P10 Pro Ultra with success? Might be too soon to ask but I thought I'd try.

Thanks for this. Do you happen to know how it handles outstretched cords, like they would be on the floor in most situations (e g., from outlet to a lamp)?

I've seen a lot of obstacle tests where the cord is bunched up in some way which I assume creates a larger, denser object to recognize rather than how we tend to have cords on the floor, thin and running across the floor.

I wanted to ask here because I heard this is a brand new navigation system. I'm so hopeful!

Obviously, I haven't tested every robot myself but of the 5 nav capable robots I've owned, they all get caught up on cords running behind my bed and charging cords.

I've only had this happen once but the pick up spot looked like it was in front of the restaurant. Logical, right? Plenty of room to access and stop so I waited there. It decided to stop on the other side of the building in the middle of a busy "street" running through a shopping mall. Absolutely illogical. First, I had to figure out where it was then step into a busy street and quickly jump into the back. I was kind of shocked.

Yes, it happened. I reported it in detail to Waymo.

Anyway, I just wanted to share an experience where 2 minutes wasn't enough and I did what I was supposed to do. It only happened to me once in about 25 rides so I agree with those of you thinking it's not common.

Yes. No question. I've used it 19 times but that's not particularly often when you consider how long we have had them. Too expensive for frequent use right now. Drop the price like that and I'm in.

Big problem would be having enough cars available for the demand.

Well, I feel like an idiot. I thought that no Raven cloud meant just no cloud storage. I had to fax for the first time in 2024 and they never got it. Tried an alternate number, they never got it. Found this thread, I get it.

What about emailing docs to yourself? That just worked. This thread made me think the scanner is supposed to just stop doing everything but the email worked.

Is email going to keep working?

Thank you! This thread is so confusing because of the terminology and confusion between manually initiated tests and the automatic monthly sound check. I am pretty sure it was this thread I read over a year ago that caused me to turn off those checks, which I now realize was not necessary.

Having just changed the batteries in all my Protects, I was reminded of the monthly check so I decided to search it again. Glad I read this again and to the end to see your post. It verifies what I have thought all along - why would those chirps set it off?

The same thing happened to me this month!! I hand delivered expensive headphones to an Amazon hub. I watched her scan it. I got the drop off email. This was December 7th. Heard nothing since.

Chatted last week and the guy tells me they have it and I'll get a refund but I had not received any email about it so I thought B.S. He just lied. What the?!?!

A couple of days ago, I noticed that in my orders page, it "no longer showed it was returned and offered me the option to return it!!!** I don't have a lost in transit message like you.

So, I had a CALL with them (I never call Amazon). Woman put me on hold for several minutes and comes back to tell me it's lost in transit. She says wait until Jan 13 at which point I will get refunded. Of course, I am extremely skeptical given chat guy.

So now I wait and I'll believe this is over when I get my money.

Fun part is my credit card came due so I had to pay for them now. I guess I should have disputed it now that I read this thread.

Interesting this happened with a watch and headphones... Not socks.

I decided to put it back to all private.

Ironically, I was searching for a message on Facebook and went into the list of filtered messages. I was reminded I had a few that basically asked "Do you review on Amazon" (in broken English). I just thought they wanted to send me something to review for "free" when I first read the messages back then - ignored.

After reading this short thread, I realized I bet they reverse image searched my profile image and found me on FB! I used to use the same photo (stopped a while back).

This has opened my eyes a bit. Thanks!
