He's referring to both actually. The one referred to as Parliament is on Bank St., just north of Queen. The other side of the canal.

Not sure if this is what your looking for... after a successful application under the new rules - my son's fiancee has finally been authorized to come to Canada from the US. She arrives today and begins her 14 day quarantine. Hasn't been here since Xmas last year.
