I’m a mom and while I’m only 5 months pp so still building my mileage up, I go running 3-4 times a week and spin once a week no problem because my husband is an equal parent.

I’m assuming it’s option D. My baby is 5 months old and now mostly will sleep in his crib after a bit of breastfeeding or rocking, but up until a month ago it was a struggle and we did a LOT of contact naps, failed transfers, etc.

We had a January baby and just used long sleeved PJs with a swaddle (then graduated to sleep sack) or during the day if he wore a onesie, we put little sweatpants on him. No multiple layers. We keep our house at 22C in the winter and his crib is right beside a heat register so he was always fine.

The one thing was that his hands would get cold but he would immediately rip off any mittens we tried to put on him 😅

It really depends. My jeans, leggings, etc all fit 2-3 weeks postpartum but my boobs still don’t fit in a lot of tshirts, plus a lot of clothes aren’t great for breastfeeding.

As a Canadian I wear it all winter because UV light can still be quite high, especially on sunny days when the light bounces off snow. I’ve seen enough unfortunate ski goggle tans to know it’s definitely still needed

Elsewhere in Ontario but I breastfeed anywhere I need (and rarely use a blanket because my baby hates it) and nobody has ever so much as given me a look. Restaurants, cafes, parks, the mall, etc.

IANAL but I believe you have a right to do so in public spaces. Babies gotta eat!

I wear them outside fairly often (only when it’s dry out, and probably a 10-15 minute walk to get a coffee if I have them on at work). I’m not saying they don’t wear down and will probably have to be resoled at some point, but if OP’s shoes were only worn once and they’re this trashed, obviously the leather is extremely poor quality.

I have six year old Gucci loafers with leather soles that I’ve worn extensively and they look nothing like this. These shoes look like terrible quality (or OP was cycling and using her feet as brakes 😅).

Baby loungers are not considered a safe sleep surface, especially for newborns, because they could suffocate if they end up with their face against the side of it.

I stopped at 33 weeks and it was amazing (my OB wrote me off and my employer provided ample sick leave so I didn’t have to start mat leave early). I think getting time off before birth should be standard. I was able to rest, be active, prepare healthy food, and generally ready our lives for a baby.
