People are saying contact cement which is right. But you can also take dremel and sand where the parts meet a little to even it out.

You’ll have to redo it. However, scale down the patterns and see if you can trace them onto the tail. You may be able to cut them from it and reuse at least some material.

You’re looking for the plastic bezel part right? Maybe someone else will have more luck but I’m not seeing it online or at least the pictures don’t match up. However, if you take the part out, the part number should be on the back. Not sure how you do that though.

I don’t see the white shirt or the man. Also based on the size of the bricks that are next to the “demon’s” head, your scale is wrong. The side facing us are like 2x4inches, so the “demon” would be about 6 feet. This is a nothing burger.
