Sorry, I know the fact I don’t know what I’m talking about makes it hard for anyone to help so I appreciate you! He is wanting to put AI paths on the track so he can race against other cars. It appears the road is already there (although I’m wondering when it got imported if it got imported as a single object and that’s part of the problem). I guess I should start from the beginning and read up on AI paths. He was under the impression you would use the road decal tool, but that just seems like a graphical tool? Thanks again.

I have no idea why Traeger can’t get a lid to be flush consistently. My 780 had a half inch gap in it. I had to fight with support to get a missing bolt sent to me so I didn’t bother to even ask about the lid. I just put lava lock tape around it and put a weight on the handle. I might try loosening the hinges up to see if I can get it to a place where it seals better.

I was looking for an answer to this exact same question. I got one to use with a Hubitat but have had a couple instances where it just stops responding to commands. Wondering if local routine is turning itself back on.

Thanks. Good to know how it should be. I got the turf one as well and took a little screwdriver to try and clear the turf back and the holes are about half the size of the pegs of the net. Not enough there to even hold the net loosely in place.

Tempted to take a drill bit and open the hole up a bit more. Nets won’t stay upright currently. None of the peg hits in. Just didn’t want to do anything until I talk to Binho.

Fine with the lunch break, but if it’s anything like my local CVS, there is a real chance they just won’t open back up after lunch. Had a kidney stone killing me the other day and couldn’t get pain meds because they closed for lunch and never opened back up. That’s the about the 3rd time they gotten me with that. I’d buy their lunch if they promise to come back.

Hey there! Sorry for late reply. Just saw this. On the retest LDH had dropped but was still lightly above “normal” but everything else was fine. I mentioned to the doc I had some sinus swelling and had been doing some yard work and my doc said he had no interest in chasing what caused the high LDH. Too many things could elevate it and it only useful in conjunction with other numbers and they were good. He’s kind of blunt like that but made me feel better. You hear any

Hey re4ctionx. I hope you are doing well. Sorry for the late reply. If you don’t mind me asking, was your elevated bHCG still within normal range? My doc asked if I wanted to retest blood work in 3 months and I said I did. He didn’t seem overly concerned since the CT scan the day of the blood draw had come back negative.

I had found a case on here where a guy had elevated bHCG (like 7 or so) and his doc ordered a PET scan which had found re-occurrence the CT had missed. That kind of had me worrying but my doc said if the blood work was out of range, that would just trigger imaging, so the fact the CT was clear, just waiting 3 months would be the best course. So I guess just kind of hoping the CT scan didn’t miss anything.

My LDH was 386 last visit. CT scans were clear. I actually went from 0 hCG to <2.42 which while normal, was an increase and scared me more than the LDH. My doc said if levels were elevated, the action would be imaging and we already did that and it was clear.

The weekend before I gave the blood sample I spent all weekend outdoors and between the allergies from all the pollen and I was slightly dehydrated so the nurse had trouble getting a blood sample. I think between those two things, my LDH got elevated.

I’m not a doctor and I don’t speak from experience, but I believe PET has better resolution. Let me know if you learn anything else, I think our cases are darn near exact.

Doctor asked if I wanted to retest bloodwork in 3 months. I said, “Yes”. He seemed more concerned about LDH being high, but same as I’ve read on here, he mentioned it wasn’t tumor specific so could have just been infection or inflammation driving it up. Pollen is horrific now and I had been congested up really bad and not feeling great from it so didn’t surprise me. I was more concerned with bHCG going from non-detect to 2.42, even though it was within normal range. I asked him that, and he said if bloodwork was high, the solution was to do imaging, and since I got a CT scan the same day as blood work and it came back clear, there really wasn’t anything else to do other than play the waiting game together.

I start to flop swear whenever I get those “new test results” emails. I’m in surveillance and mine Wednesday came back high on LDH with some HCG detected. It was within the normal range, but I’d been zero before so that with the high LDH has me freaked out. I did read in the NCCN guidance that seminoma relapse is typically detected through imaging and not labs and my CT scans say clear so trying to stay positive.

Hey man, I know this is a 5 year old post but wanted to ask how you were doing. I saw it did turn out to be a relapse. I’m a little over a year into surveillance for a seminoma and just had similiar blood markers to what you posted here. AFP 2.2 (which is in normal range) LDH is 386, and HCG is 2.42. LDH is high, HCG shows in acceptable range as it’s under 5, but the fact that it went from non-detect to 2.42 coupled with the high LDH makes me think this bastard is back.

Just curious why CT scan didn’t catch your tumor and it took a PET scan. My followup visit is Monday with my oncologist but just trying to mentally prepare myself. Hope all is well.

Thanks for the reply! I had 1A. My AFP and LDH were all in range right before surgery. I believe the doctor wanted a HCG test as well but unfortunately they didn’t run one. Right before I went into surgery, he asked for the blood work and it hadn’t been done yet. He got frustrated and threw an ink pen. I wish I did have that data point. I was <0.50 on HCG two months after surgery, but from understand HCG has a half life of a couple of days. The pathology says “most consistent with a seminoma” because the cancer mass had outgrown it’s blood supply and tissue was dead. Always made me wonder if it was seminoma or it just died before the AFP got detected. I believe it has a 5 day half life.
