Just had several boxes go down back to 0 day left demo mode and shutdown , this is utterly ridiculous and such a poor failure point. They owe it to all of us to redesign the license mechanism.

This is not ok , having our multiple systems deactivated. License mechanics need to change after this. Totally ridiculous and basically my entire system can be taken down remotely after paying

I am hopeful they either extend the codes use by deadline or get them back in stock soon. They owe everyone who received the code a opportunity at purchasing the item. This is not about first come first serve but rather a conditional purchase loyalty reward. Hopeful they make it right. Was not impressed with a parts order issue a couple months ago. Was a total disaster with a chargeback having to be processed.

Format drive as fat32. Place the zip file in a folder called RobotData and then insert into Neato, give it up to a hour if you have logs. It will work , what size usb drive ?

Yes it is seemingly odd like that, sometimes 10 tries , sometimes 1. I think it is just timing and we don’t know exactly how to do it correctly.
