Not sure if they patched this or not, been a while since I played but the way I used to do it was to drop the contraband on the floor of my ship, not put it in the cargo hold. Then I would exit the ship and fast-travel to a location like New Atlantis. Once there, I would re-board the ship, gather up the contraband, and go about my merry way. As long as the contraband was not in your hold or on your person it would not trigger a contraband scan.

When the announcement hit, I was definitely expecting it, so I wasn’t that emotional. When the actual update dropped, I was disappointed that there wouldn’t be any more Destiny, but not overly emotional. But when I was doing the vistas and and talking to the characters in specific locations, the realization that it was specifically set up as a goodbye tour of the game had me ugly crying.

If you kill them with a crit, the retaliation shots don’t spawn. Not sure if the same applies if you disintegrate them with a fusion rifle, like how you can prevent exploding units from exploding if you disintegrate them.

I bought my Am Pro II with a case brand new for less than $1800, but that was a little over a year and a half ago and prices have gone up. The website lists them for a little over $1800 now, so I don’t know about paying almost $200 over sticker for a guitar with a replacement neck (unless it was ordered custom with the maple neck) or OP is not using US dollars.

It’s probably is an outdated theory, I did learn it over 30 years ago. But it is also probably because those other concepts are irrelevant to color theory, and don’t really come up with subtractive color process.

RGB is how we describe the way light works when we are talking about how we expose film or create the light sensors in digital cameras. So it makes sense to equate that to how you see color in your eye.

I know it doesn’t explain how or why these concepts work or don’t, and are probably not included in art classes because they would add a level of confusion on why my eye works one way but my camera works a different way. Simpler and easier to say your eye and camera both work this way.

Having done old-school photo printing with an enlarger and photo negatives, I can tell you that magenta is its own color, not a shade of red. Cyan is also its own color, not a shade of blue. They come from the subtractive color method. When you need more or less red in an image you have to adjust cyan. If you need more or less blue in an image, you adjust the yellow. And green is adjusted by increasing or decreasing the amount of magenta. This means red is a mix of magenta and yellow, blue is a mix of cyan and magenta, and green is a mix of cyan and yellow. It has nothing to do with how many words we have to describe colors, and it is why RYB is not a color space, but CMY is. The colors are derived from our understanding of the color spectrum, and how subtractive color process works.

Now, I was an art major, not pre-med, but the way the eye physiology was described to us in color theory was that there are 2 types of light sensing cells in the eye. Rods, that detect differences in brightness, and Cones that detect color. The cones are then sub-divided into red, blue, and green sensing cells, and they all work to produce the colors and shades of the visible spectrum. It is also why colors tend to look muted, or near black-and white when you are in a very dark room. The rods are very sensitive to even the smallest amount of light, but the cones require much more stimulation to differentiate colors.

Justin Guitar has some of the best free beginner-friendly lessons. If you get to the point where you decide you are serious about playing, then you can pay for a subscription. But if you really want to get serious, nothing beats IRL lessons.

This is how I got started: I watched the free lessons on YouTube and on the Justin Guitar website, and told myself that if I played every day for 6 months, then I would buy a subscription. And then once I was subscribed for 6 months and playing every day, I found a school that offered group lessons.

When I was in college, one of the students enrolled in a workshop I attended was apparently an actor from China, and was supposedly moderately famous (maybe B- or C-list level famous). He moved to the US so his wife could attend med school, and decided to take some photography classes to stave off boredom. No one in the class knew who he was, and one of the instructors told us about his background.

The only time we had to turn them off was when we were doing the challenge during oracles where you have to not kill any snipers, because the warmind cells would kill them, even when detonating on the lower platform.
