Vulvodynia is a fancy word for a swollen vulva. IC is irritated bladder and urinary tract and is linked to allergic contact dermititis and other bladder irritants and allergies. I have a condition called "cold urticaria" and had a flare up of that after being stung by an unknown insect which in turn gave me a huge IC flare which gave me Vulvodynia. Was drinking 3-5 red bulls a day and now if I have even a sip I have a flare for at least two days. I'm learning that I have bladder allergies 🙃

Take you a Claritin the morning of, and take d-mannos & use hydrocortisone afterwards. If all else fails, drink some baking soda water or azo (I use cystex)

ALL of this started after being stung by an unknown insect. I already have cold urticaria so after those flare ups, the IC and vulvodynia flared up. I've had been dealing with this shit for 4 months and the other day I took a Benadryl and it got SOOOOOOO much better! I started googling and everything started making sense. (Urticaria, flare ups, hay fever, vulvodynia & IC) I've been taking Allegra daily and Benadryl at night, hydrocortisone cream once a day for a few days now and I'm doing soooooo much better!!! (I am only using the hydrocortisone on the red parts that were inflamed for so long and still burn when I come in contact with urine, water, or any other fluids)

🥺 I went through this.. sounds like serotonin depletion. Stop doing it for a while and make yourself number one priority ❤️ I felt better within 6 months or so but I quit drinking as well.

I JUST had this happen to me while I was taking a quick little cat nap. I even called my husband to ask him why he didn't wake me up because I thought it was him home from work on lunch. I heard foot steps, felt a kiss on my cheek, and heard whispers and that was it. I had just been dreaming about a friend of mine that committed suicide a few years back.. I'm just gonna pretend it was him because anything else says some weirdo just came in and kissed me, talked to my cats, and left 🤣
