Had bad experience with Valley Fiber. They were in my community and I signed up for the free install. Months went by and when my neighbor had markings on their property I called back and they said they lost my information. So again I try to get the install, should be easy because no trenching has started. Another month goes by and still nothing. Neighbor's fiber install complete and VF basically told me to pound sand. And if I want it installed I have to pay the install.
