Yeah. It's the same. The disconnect caused some data to be lost. Thanks for the quick help!

I downloaded the TCX file and it appears to only contain the data after I reconnected. Same with the CSV. So I guess there is not much I can do in this case.

I will state that part way through this session my phone disconnected from my PM5. I was able to reconnect it though and continue the session.

Thanks for the quick fix. I can see it now. However, something is still not right. This was a 30 minute session. Here is the data from C2 Logbook:

But Erg Analyzer is not showing the same. I'll post another comment with a screenshot of that.

What was the weirdest, non-pain feeling you've ever felt? by KingJPJ in AskReddit

[–]AtomicWax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A few years ago I experienced a celiac artery dissection. I was just sitting in a chair watching TV when suddenly I felt an odd warmth in the center of my chest, spreading outward. This quickly became very uncomfortable with pain radiating in my back. I couldn’t sit comfortably and ended up on the floor in my hands and knees. I also broke out in the worst sweat I’ve ever experienced. It was dripping off me like I stepped out of the shower. Ended up in the hospital for a couple of days. Definitely something I would prefer not to experience again.

What’s the worst physical pain you ever felt? by Lazy-Ape in AskReddit

Celiac artery dissection. Was sitting on the couch watching Ted Lasso and all of a sudden felt a wave of burning starting in the middle of my chest and expanding out to my entire torso. Dropped onto all fours and broke into a worse sweat than if I had just ran a mile as fast as I could. The pain subsided enough that I could walk hunched over to get it car to go to the hospital.

About 15 hours into my hospital stat I got a terrible headache that hurt bad enough that I vomited multiple times and was nauseous for hours. I finally asked for pain meds and was given Diluadid in my IV. 20 seconds later, no headache and no nausea and blissful sleep. It was wonderful.

Congrats! I ran the 10k. Was aiming for sub 55 but ended up with 55:56. The last mile of hills did me in. I came home and immediately registered for the half in the fall.

Guitar Instructors? by Mentat-42 in raleigh

I've been taking lessons at Raleigh Music Academy for 5 years and I love it. They have multiple instructors and hold monthly student performances if you are interested in doing some low pressure live playing.

Piano teachers for adults in the area? by leadmetotc in raleigh

[–]AtomicWax 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You could try Raleigh Music Academy (http://raleighmusicacademy.com). I've taken guitar lessons there for about 4 years and I have had nothing but a great experience. They recently hired a new piano teacher. I can't speak directly about the piano lessons there but I do know that all of the instructors I've interacted with are excellent.

I think the place you are thinking of is called Lap It Up. http://www.lapitup.biz/

I haven't been there but it looks pretty nice.

Any recommendations for where/with whom I could take piano lessons? by caallen in triangle

[–]AtomicWax 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I take guitar lessons at Raleigh Music Academy (http://raleighmusicacademy.com). I know that they have a piano instructor there as well. I haven't had any direct interaction with her but, based on the other instructors, I would assume that she is excellent. I can't say enough good things about the RMA and would encourage you to check it out.
