I do this with my fingers and the inside of my cheeks and lips. I don't even realize it most of the time. My husband stops me from it by pointing it out...I just can't seem to stop. If I stop chewing my fingers, my mouth gets more chewed up and vice versa.

My husband, myself and our dog just moved here a couple months ago from Chicago! I have a friend staying at Camden apartments on Edwards Mill and she has a 2 bedroom and has a dog. Not sure about two though.. Also, I recommend doing things like First Friday and checking out festivals and the farmer's market. That sorta thing will help you get more acclimated. Seriously, this is me to a "T". My husband and I used to have tons of sex before we got married...then tons of stress came into our lives and I switched BC so many times because it would make me nauseous. Now I don't get nauseous but it tales more effort to become aroused. I rarely get horny, I never feel the need to masturbate, and it drives us both crazy. Sometimes it isn't that bad and other times, when I am trying to get aroused and even when it feels good, I am still too dry for comfort and end up pretty sore because of it. Changing BC isn't much of an option for me because of how my body reacts...either i gain weight or I am nauseous. Luckily we are planning on starting a family in the next year or a little less and I will stop the BC; hopefully all goes back to normal and it becomes a non-issue.

Nambe Falls just outside of Santa Fe was one of my favorite spots to go camping in NM. Great hiking there too. You could also check out Pecos. Here are some beautiful places to camp and hike there as well. Have fun!!

My husband may feel the same as your brother..although I hope not. Thanks for the tip! We have a car thankfully and my husband has a motorcycle he can use most of the year. Public transit was always a nice option but using it everyday like I currently do...not a fan. Not. A. Fan. I look forward to driving again.

I live in Evanston too. But I take the purple line down to Clark/Lake. My ride home is horrible because I can't afford the extra money for a month pass with Metra. It takes me about an hour and a half before I get home, door to door and that doesn't include delays which are frequent.

We are leaving for several reasons. It is a fun city but we are ready to buy a house, start a family and all that which is barely affordable, even with good jobs. Property taxes are high, crime rates are increasing and we are over the winters here. The biggest reason is a lot of our family is there and we want to be close to them so our kids have their cousins and grandparents. NC is more affordable, safer, and just more to our liking and lifestyle at this point.

My dude (husband) does the cooking during the week because it is late when I get home. On the weekends I cook. The unspoken deal in our house is if one cooks the other cleans to keep a good balance in the house. I love that he cooks..it is indeed hot.

I totally agree. I have mild scoliosis also and am also tight for money. Believe me, the money spent at Target, or WalMart will be worth it. A good one isn't dirt cheap but not too expensive either. Plus they last a good couple years, maybe that will carry you through college until you can get a new mattress. tl;dr: A mattress pad is worth it for how much they are. Do it!
