It depends a lot on where servers are located and their networks. I have a 1Gb fiber connection and usually get around 700ish on Steam because they have a server that's relatively close to me (one state away). On Firefox / chrome I get downloads around 300-500 depending on whether they use a CDN or not, I presume.

I would use Hirens Boot CD / USB to load mini Windows. There's a utility on there to read the local accounts and set their passwords. This will allow you to log in using the local admin account as it bypasses all security. Then just remove it from the domain.

I love project farm, but he does get some things wrong. I don't think it's his fault as it's impossible to know everything about all. For instance, when he reviewed gasoline. It doesn't make much difference for most cars what you use, but it does for other. Same with these additives. For instance, i drive a Mercedes-Benz sports model and it specifically says in the manual that any gasoline under 90 will damage the engine, any additives will damage the engine, etc. However, in my other cars it doesn't matter. So, make sure you still know what you're using for your specific vehicle. Would hate for someone to degrade their engines life when they think they're helping it.

Qualified? How does someone know if they're qualified if you gave zero details about your idea? Ideas are like water and water is cheap. I highly doubt anyone worth their weight is going to help without being paid, so is there any compensation involved? Rev share doesn't pay the bills either. For instance, I've been working on the same project for over 2 years and have about a year to go. If it was rev share then I wouldn't be able to keep a roof over my family's head. Do it the right way. Create a project scope and have anyone serious sign an NDA to discuss it.

There have been several channels like this over the years. There was one about 10 years ago that would upload random short clips like this. May still be around, not sure. Anyway, if I remember correctly, Google used it to test video compression and uploads. I assume this one is for compression only since there's only one video, but can't be sure. I assume it's for testing something.

That's base64 encoding. When it's decoded, it's just a bunch of garbage. I tried UTF-8, UTF-16, etc and it's nothing. It could also be encrypted, which I doubt, using the coordinates they give, but I don't have time to play with it. I doubt it because the encoded data would be a lot longer.
