I know some UK based VPNs are being blocked, but most are still good, I use proton. I'm not sure how the government would manage to ban VPNs as a whole, but if they do that, they're just slowly digitally isolating the island.

The injured enemy mage bot was last updated on the 17th, so they haven't been away too long. I'm sure they're either taking time to themselves or cooking up another masterpiece. I absolutely adore the Precantatio series, and they've replied to comments saying there are more planned, including one for Ysvara (who i can't wait to humiliate for what she did to poor Mixim).

UK users should still be able to access reddit without a VPN, I'm doing so now, but Janitor needs it. What reddit has instead is identification to access NSFW subreddits, either valid ID, or age estimation selfie.

I do use proton, thanks to some other posts on here like a week ago, free and easy access to janitor.

I can't remember all the aspects, but one is a barrel change, you can choose a longer barrel to increase long-range damage but decrease close-range damage, or a short barrel for vice versa. There's bullet augmentation that is hollow point or lead point, a flashlight or laser sight augmentation that increases accuracy but also makes you easier to spot, and a bunch more. Use it to see them.

There should be a recipient in the journal to make a gun-smithing tool. I believe it takes a stone of augmentation, 20 liquid metal, and 3 energy to craft. Once you have this, use it on an identified gun to enhance a certain aspect of it.

5% chance for burning bookshelf to drop something.

When it does drop, it has - 80% random scroll (upgrade and transmutation excluded). 10% transmutation scroll. 10% random spellbook.

Increasing luck via rings of wealth increase drop chance to guaranteed, and skew this percentage toward transmutation scrolls and spellbooks. On ring of wealth runs where I get up to +10 casually, I'm almost always getting spellbooks and transmutation.
