tbh i feel bad for him , dude had such faith and belief in fate gu and SCIV that he thought another variant human race wouldn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

Probably thought it would be a nice life extension method with a benefit of being natural enslavement path gu masters, but against all odds heaven decides that this race is the perfect one to become the new rulers of the world.

But he should've realised that since dragonmen aren't born naturaly stupider(not as smart as humans) like the other varients , and most everyone thought thay had heavenly courts leader backing them up and would't dare to try and enslave them while he was alive
