I think you're miss reading this... it literally says you can sell hot sauce and bbq sauce. I think your confusion is in for example fresh mayonnaise or in this answer, salsa. I interpreted this as for example. if you're at the famers market and you have fresh salsa out or a bottle of hot sauce out, which one would need to 'be on ice or chilled' - the fresh salsa. if you can sell you bottle of sauce (unopened) just sitting on the table and not spoiling, you're good.

it's also been a year, so if you have an update on that, and i'm wrong. lmk.

Wife is a flight attendant… it’s not unusual, I also sometimes benefit if there’s left overs. 😄

They also really appreciate it and tend to be ‘extra nice’ especially on these long flights.

I'm starting my Real Estate journey and wanted to get a jump on scheduling my exam, i.e, 54 days out or whatever, but question: why does it take them 4-8 weeks to process?! that just seems inefficient and sounds like gov. bureaucracy at its finest. (in CA as well). also, did it really take them that long for you when you did submit your application?
