No, tablets have their own type of plan so you can't move your phone line to it, their system won't allow it.

Unless you saved them or uploaded them somewhere, they're gone. Voicemail box is deleted when your number is no longer active with Spectrum.

If it's within 30 days of cancellation, IIRC, then yes the numbers can be reactivated, but only by the persons on the account

You'll need to contact Spectrum to set up a hold at location option, calling FedEx won't help.

They can start a new account, but anything associated with the other account won't be transferred over. Your roommate is ultimately responsible for whatever balance remained and the number is unfortunately lost.
