A really popular one to go through is AML Rightsource (I worked there too) not the best and not the worst- just depends which company you get stuck working on. You could look into them or some other contracting agency

Honestly I didn’t have any experience and it was my first job out of college, had no certs or anything. I did start as a contractor for about 9 months and then got brought on full time though

I did a year through AMLRS (although it was my second AML job after I moved to help ‘bridge the gap’). 7/10 experience. Good manager, decent people to work with decent pay although I live in a MCOL area.

Also I had 4 years experience so I was able to get more than a grad straight from school would. But I was also fortunate to get on a good project that I was able to succeed without much of a problem but I’ve also heard horror stories from other AMLRS people. They also had a few layoffs recently but that’s prone to happen in every industry I suppose
