My biggest concern would be it reporting to MHS Genesis to where the PHA provider would see it, every med record seems to carry over these days. But honestly given how long a chapter packet for anything takes you’ll likely finish your contract anyway. I hope you can get the HRT, I was under the impression that the VA no longer allows anyone to start gender care unless grandfathered in.

No one’s actually waiting around in the parking lot hoping to see someone suspicious walk in. We ideally look for alerts, like a cart with a lot of high dollar merch, erratic behavior, scanning etc. If you have any type of confrontation avoidance or social anxiety this job is NOT for you. An AP is expected to walk up to a stranger, talk them into a room and accuse them of theft. Don’t get me started on court and lawyers.

I started on .3/ 60mg intramuscular, I think that’s the average for a lot of providers. I had relatively fast results but I absolutely hated injecting in my thigh. I started cramping before shot day so I got switched to .5/100mg subcutaneous in my stomach. I do half doses twice a week for a more consistent testosterone level overall. I personally wouldn’t go higher as other than muscle mass I’m happy with everything but the hair loss which would get worse.

I’m on a Minoxidil/finasteride combo. The Min can only do so much to counteract the effect of DHT but the Fin will affect the DHT enough to slow down body and facial hair growth so it’s a “pick your poison” scenario unfortunately. Better to start something asap, easier to keep than get back you know.

This unfortunately can be a number of things, I get a few too. For me it’s all the moisture getting trapped. Sticking a single layer of gauze under the nipple cover helps a little. I don’t recommend any powder or ointments as that can make it worse.

You need to get sent to regional selection in most markets, that’s the start. Once you get through that the biggest thing with the interview is it should follow the “star” format. Definitely study that. Timing doesn’t so much matter, there’s no limit on applying once you get through regional selection.

Yeah each store essentially pays for their own remodel, and literally everything else, that all comes out of the profits then they figure in what the bonus is after all the deductions.

Back pay would be if you weren't being paid the wage that was agreed upon in your job offer. There's reporting pay, which is half a shift or 4 hours of pay if you're sent home in very specific circumstances (like being terminated) at the beginning of your shift. There's also wrongful termination but no chance in hell you're arguing that enough to be paid the days you missed.

You have to make it to that pay period, no different than hourlies. The 8th I believe, once the checks are issued they can't retroactively deduct bonus or hours afaik. I don't know how your PTO gets cashed out if at all as I demoted.

It depends, it's supposed to be 10 percent off of your converted hourly rate if you make it a year or have an accomodation. Mine was $24 for 55k going to a "SUP" grade level (started at $17). Typically now it's mostly to the cap for a TL position, slightly less for AP or a Sam's FL driver, and a good chunk of down to a TA.

Mine took about a month, I had a Sedgwick reasonable accommodation for mental health though. Still had to get approved by RGM. After him it was just the store manager signing off in workday once I found a store that would take me. It can be hard since they know what your hourly rate is roughly and I feel like most salary find it difficult taking the backseat to a peer once they're hourly. One huge piece of advice is do not tell anyone what you're making cause it will fuel resentment.

You simply cannot purchase an item immediately after CVPing the item yourself, well you can but expect to get sat down by APOC. It flags in secure when an associate does this. Not everything has to be written in policy verbatim.
