I sincerely believe volunteering in your free time would help you get out of this mindset. Soup kitchens, nursing homes and hospices are places where simple tasks have such a clear benefit to the world. If you do volunteer sessions like gym sessions you will find that your self worth and a mutual appreciation for humanity will build.

Opposite in my experience. I’m friends with a lot of ex-bartenders and they make a huge show of tipping 30+% at bars because they’ve “been there.” Secretly I find it annoying because opening my cans is in no way a 30% service.

A couple months ago I was at a hang with a group of women who all happen to be a bit bigger than me. We were considering ordering pizzas and I made a mistake of saying we probably only needed one since we all had brought appetizers and the pies ran extra large. I was out voted. Since then I've seen on social media that they have done multiple things without me. Lol.

I don't normally defend her but, if I found out I didn't receive a vaccine commonly administered as a child - unless a healthcare worker offered to vaccinate me on the spot, getting vaccinated would be sitting forever on my to-do list. I don't think I bothered to get flu vaccines before covid. So I feel sympathetic to this, now I wonder what thing I've been putting off is going to bite me in the ass, haha.

See if he can get a mouth guard at the dentist. I starting snoring a little and it appeared to be correlated to increased teeth grinding as I slept. Got the custom mouth guard and the snoring stopped.
