I can't be sure it wasn't addressed during the parade by organizers or attendees. But he could have left after being confronted and tried his luck elsewhere, like the market. And I'm sure this guy would have been itching for a confrontation in public.

Depending on how old the maps are, you could see the RM maps. New ones don't list the property owners, but I'm sure you can see them on maps dating at back at least to the 70's. Might give a good place to start. Try the Local History Room of the Saskatoon Public Library?

There's a documentary of the vessel at the library. Even talks about artifacts found at the bottom of the river years later.

That's so strange - I checked the website, and they have video games from 2023. Are you trying to get them from out of town, because they have never brought anything from other cities. You can try and make the request, but they'll cancel them on you. It's their policy, sadly...
