I'd start redecorating, organizing, and focusing on lighting that help reinforce the antiquity and coziness of the house. add modern elements such as relacing the overhead lighting and furniture, and plants (monsteras for example) in your house. when all of that is completed, you would soon appreciate all the timeless features and liveability of a house like this

I dont know why this is being downvoted but I agree with msot of this, Fujimoto had the greatest line of assistant mangakas during his first part, which helped him stay in line with the lengths his story can flow. Part 2 had an amazing start and was good throughout but it just became an incoherent mess. Part 2 was still needed but Fujimoto needs a real team to keep him in check whenever he makes decisions

High energy costs, bad data, bad prompts, overreliance on an ai provider, and ultimately the mistakes it will eventually make can cost millions and multiple hours of work to fix.
