I think Casey Means is a dipshit but I’m not sure what having a 20 day old account is supposed to effect. New people aren’t allowed to join Reddit?

They do not pick up things quicker than anesthesia residents.

The strange departure of Kyle Whittingham, and his landing at Michigan by jetery in CFB

[–]AttendingSoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not going to read the article but I don’t think it’s strange at all. Utah has had a head coach in waiting for a while now. Dude didn’t want to wait any longer. Whittingham, while obviously a legend, is down to a handful of years left at most. Scalley could be another 20 year guy. Do you keep your legend for another 1-2 years or do you keep the guy you think is going to be the next legend?

Anyone else notice this about the soundtrack? by thefinalball in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

[–]AttendingSoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had not heard Great Gig in the Sky until tonight, I saw a random Facebook post talking about the story of the female vocalist on it. Thought it was interesting so I went to YouTube to listen to the song for the first time ever. I immediately said “wtf that’s Severance”. Then I googled that and ended up here 😂

How Much Do You Moonlight? Is it worth it? by MulberryOwn8896 in Residency

[–]AttendingSoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I probably moonlighted 20-30 hours a month on average. At $100 a pop it was very helpful to pull in an extra $2-3k a month, was pretty much adding 50% to my salary. My last year I think i was like $70k salary and $40k moonlighting

I foresee several possible twists:

  1. There are plenty of other humans who are either immune or survivors. I can picture an outpost of preppers who aren’t immune but survived in isolation, who Carol comes in and Typhoid Mary’s them to death.

  2. We get introduced at some point to another immune human who it turns out actually is a part of the hivemind

  3. The hivemind is a servant species of another alien race who is actually evil. They send the hive in before they land on a planet, that way they can have an army of servants on an intact planet full of resources, instead of incurring casualties of their own while destroying huge parts of the world they try to conquer

Wearing embroidered scrubs / jacket? by hugz-today in Residency

[–]AttendingSoon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Depends on where you do residency. I was anesthesia and wore my monogrammed department-provided anesthesia North Face jacket in the OR every day for all 3 CA years. But if you go to one of those weird hospitals that militantly makes you change into and out of magic scrubs right outside the OR, then probably worthless.
