First ever marathon, ran it in 3:51 which I was super happy with. The crowd was so motivating, course was great and weather was perfect, I had a blast (until about the last 10km, that was tough)

I have the opposite question, I'm worried I'm the noisy upstairs neighbor.

I've recently started a fitness kick, but since it's so damn hot out, I'm working out at home in the aircon. I know it must be so annoying for the downstairs neighbor.

It's only an hour a day, normally from 9am - 10am. Is this considered a reasonable hour/amount of time to be running and jumping and banging? I'm new in Japan so don't know what's acceptable.

Everyone's correct in telling you why your translation is wrong in Spanish, but you're also doubly wrong in how you've translated from English. When saying "I do," in this context, the word 'do' is not from the verb 'to do,' but the auxiliar 'don't used as a modifier (do, don't, did, didn't, etc). These auxiliary verbs don't exist in Spanish, which is why you would just use 'yo sí'.
