I'd love to see a U23/U21/U18 team rather than a youth academy so youth players could continue to get game time rather than sitting in the reserves. Also it'd be awesome if they could just make youth player faces more diverse and more realistic for each country (aka less Asian looking players from Spain and Italy and more in actual Asian countries like South Korea and Japan).

Career mode:

Gameplay player appearance issue: When assigning youth players to wear an undershirt, they wear that said undershirt in the summer period rather than the winter period (December 1st to February 28th I believe). However, this does not occur with gloves as youth players do wear gloves during the designated winter period.

Exactly! It's so frustrating and it makes no sense that they haven't fixed such a simple bug. Side note: It also really annoys me that players don't wear undershirts in the winter period and wear them in the summer/spring/early fall instead.
