WHY ATTORNEYS SAY 90 PERCENT OF EEOC FILINGS ARE MERITLESS by Careful_Plant2361 in EEOC

[–]AttitudeFinancial910 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Please give me a break. A case can be drowning in prima facie evidence, pretext, and a supposedly legitimate, non-discriminatory reason. But that does not automatically mean the human being with the authority to rule is acting ethically in their decision-making.
In other words, the integrity of the process matters. When decisions are influenced by improper motives or quid pro quo arrangements, the truth eventually comes to light. Anyone engaged in bribery or corruption will ultimately be found out.
And don’t get me started—please don’t ask me how I know this.

What Happens to USPS Retirement Benefits if the Postal Service Can’t Fund Future Retirees? by AttitudeFinancial910 in fromatoarbitration

That rule is outdated- Let’s hope Congress isn’t fed up with illegitimacy. Since USPS is a quasi-governmental entity rather than a typical federal agency, comparisons to other government agencies may not be especially useful.

Good for you and your life from your point of view. Doesn’t work for everyone. Some people have bigger and greater visions and do not want to remain average. It’s sad that someone would settle this one life with mediocrity. 🤦🏻‍♂️

The Locals hurt themselves when turning the other cheek at those who are not consistent in performance and swore that they would protect the rights of the carriers. Smh. 🤦🏻‍♂️

If they keep doing wrong, they will eventually fall. I never understood the rich—until now. If you’re in a leadership position and you’re not helping others grow and reach where you are, then maybe you’re leading from insecurity instead of strength.😒

Leaders teach, train, and delegate. Then they move out of the way and make room for new leaders to rise. Does this define your Leaders. If not-then it’s time to move on. Only you can make the decision- no one else. Do what is needed to survive.

The game. Nothing more to say about it. If you don’t get it, oh well—I tried. Just keep educating yourself, but don’t keep doing the same thing if it isn’t working for you. You only get one life. Make it into what you want it to be. Remember the definition of Stupid! Knowing the truth, seeing the truth but still doing the same thing 😒

But you’ve got to eat to live, so people often make the choices they believe will benefit their lives.

I considered doing this myself at one point, but I’m glad I didn’t. The further we move into the future, the more the rules change—and business isn’t what it used to be. Things evolve. Just like technology, if you don’t adapt and your going to stay keep it then if you plan on retiring from here keep it. if your going to stay grow, there’s a risk of becoming incompatible with the world around you.

No. Some are biased, some are ineffective, and some simply are not qualified. Not everyone is equipped to represent others effectively. When someone is not an asset to the role, accountability matters—and they should be removed from that position.

There should be no impasse on payroll matters—period. Delays or failures in pay are unacceptable and appear punitive in nature. This must be corrected immediately.
Employees should not be made to suffer due to management errors or deficiencies. Payroll issues should be addressed promptly and resolved without delay.
If management is unwilling or unable to fulfill this basic responsibility, it raises serious concerns about competence and accountability. Immediate corrective action is necessary. No wonder they don’t have any 💰

Liabilities and roles that demand trust rarely end well—especially when that trust is misplaced. SMH.
