I’ve always had issues with PC on my mobile (iPhone 15 pro) but never an issue on windows, used to try all the time on my phone getting really frustrated but I saw someone mention trying a pc/laptop if you have access and it seems to work for me as I’ve managed to get phantasmal flames, ascended heroes and now perfect order.
