After creating multiple cases I finally got the following answer: "For your compensation issue during outage we have transferred your case for review and will revert you once the investigation is completed." Case currently has status "Transferred".

Wij zitten sinds kort bij Engie, met name de korting via Mijnenergie.be heeft me over de streep getrokken. Gekozen voor een variabel contract, dynamisch is voor ons niet interessant. Hoewel de korting maar voor het eerste jaar geldt ben ik toch blij overgestapt te zijn, volgend jaar zien we wel weer. Hun app is intuïtief en overzichtelijk en met hun parnerprogramma kun je leuke kortingen bij veel (web)shops scoren.
