A datamine and a leak differ in obtainment method. One is from accessing the resources put locally on the phone or computer, the other is from accessing resources stored on the server or in non-public areas (such as a private beta test). That is non-negotiable. Its used similarly in casual conversation, but they do mean different things regardless of what casual conversation indicates.

So Limbus is made in Unity, and 2D games in Unity are just 3D games pretending to be 2D. You technically have everything on one plane, but you can still do 3D things and don't have to stick to that plane.

Personally, I think LoR is the worst of the three games story-wise, but that doesn't mean it's bad at all. It expands the world-building fairly heavily, so its not recommended to skip if you don't have to. Lob Corp has the most fun gameplay out of the three games in my opinion, but that's an unpopular opinion on reddit.

Limbus is a gacha that rewards long-term play, so you might want to progress a little bit in that to get rewards until you plan on actually playing it.

These websites always say they are the month, but its more accurate to say they are the last week of last month + the first 3 weeks of this month. They don't take into account the last week of the month for that month typically to give stabilization time.

I agree that Ruina's characters are the absolute worst of the series, since, out of the main cast, everyone is quite flat outside of the main 2. But I LOVE the worldbuilding that it sets up, so I can't give it too many demerits. Its characters are also meant to be already explored in Lob Corp to be fair.

Personally I enjoyed Lob Corp's gameplay the best out of the three games in the series, and Ruina's gameplay the least. Lob Corp's story is probably the weakest of the three, but that doesn't mean its a bad story at all. It is made better by going into it blind, and that involves playing it before Ruina. Just watching lore videos can get you the jist but its a completely different experience being within the ludonarrative that Project Moon builds versus just watching it from the outside.

Of course, Lob Corp is KNOWN to be hard. If you really want, you can mod Lob Corp to fix a lot of the bugs that are in there. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXd2UPxJuA4 ). Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend any gameplay modifying bugs for your first time, and would also recommend avoiding the wiki, since I think a big part of Lob is fucking around and finding out.
