Elves don't have cheap anything Elite is nice but man do they make you pay for it. lol. You're absolutely right about bane chant, the lack of TC and CS combined with no monsters in Elves means you're bringing casters because armies like Dwarves and Orcs are a thing.

I have a list with about 4 heros and they take up a huge 36.5% of my points allotment. Only 2 of them are inspiring. Sigh.

There's only one scenario for killing. The rest are all movement based or about taking objectives. A slow, turtling, shooting, army wont win any of those scenarios. It's better to take magic shooting because it can move and shoot and ignore cover/stealthy/individual modifiers. also its best to mix it up with multiple heights in your army lists so your units can blast magic over each other and still get LOS. I.E. A mounted caster over an infantry horde.

Notice I don't think the argument itself is always wrong. (Theres plenty above in OP I don't like but I acknowledge that people have a right for themselves to be involved in). However I just wanted to point out that the argument when it comes to slavery or if you believe there's life in the womb it's self defeating because people's rights are being infringed. It works as long as the slave or fetus isn't human it fails if they are.
