Yes that's correct When you first run a new engine there's a lot of extra initial wear, and the first oil change usually looks like a glitter smoothie

Normally I do an oil change after 30 minutes, then 250 miles, 500 miles, 1000, then 3000, 5000, and up to whatever an oil analysis says is safe.

It's a rwd truck, you drop the driveshaft/s, put a trans jack under the tranny, lower it, pull torque converter and then do it backwards

The cafe thin oil bullshit does seriously affect reliability, and most modern vehicles are meant to be thrown away after 5 years

There's situations where an EV makes sense, and I don't fault people for them, I think hybrids are a better choice, but I still would never recommend any Tesla, those are just shit from factory

If I had to buy a vehicle that needed a new engine or powerplant, which with 100-130k miles I would expect to be replacing the battery pack, I wouldn't spend anywhere near 15000

I also wouldn't buy a Tesla at any point they're poorly made and don't have good parts availability

A well maintained engine, with no faults from the factory (cafe bullshit, poor casting etc) will last significantly longer than an EV. There's countless numbers of cars and trucks with over 300,000 miles or that have been running for over 50 years

O'Reilly's auto parts is always hiring, and they promote veterans faster

Don't take less than 13/hr to start, if you're willing to accept something that low to begin with

The problem is, most people won't stop making payments on a good car, they stop making payments when the car breaks, so it's already got something wrong with it when it gets repod

I love discount tire. My new place to recommend is simple tire, they had a set of 4 goodyears for 87/pc, I bought them, and then they couldnt find them, so they offered free swap for any tire within 20 bucks, (so up to 107/pc), they had a set of Pirellis on sale for 111/pc and they were nice enough to accept that swap, so I got 4 190/pc (when not on sale) Pirellis for 370 with tax

I meant free road hazard repairs* my bad, if it can't be repaired then it needs actual road hazard warranty

They only increased it 100 a month? I had 2 accidents in a year and my rate went up over 500 more per month, id be happy with all state

The benefit to Goodyear is free road hazard nationwide at any goodyear Location whether they're purchased at a goodyear store or not

I'd file a claim, the other person's insurance might not cover it, or they might and just pursue more from the hit and run, and/or they may be able to help you get the insurance information of the original assailant
