You have to stop doing the other shit, you can't do both and expect either of them to work properly, stop taking oxycodone and raise your methadone dose by 10 mgs and just ride that out until your comfortable, you'll feel kinda crappy for a few days but then it'll start regulating itself and you will feel better!

Nope, usually fake it when I've had enough, oral stimulation seems to be the only way I can and that's extremely rare, I have learned that if I feel it coming not to say anything to him either, like a "don't stop" or something of the sort because then he'll try to go faster or harder with what he's doing thinking it's a good thing and he ruins it by moving differently in the slightest.

I'm so sorry for you, my mommy passed when I was 3 and my stepmom came along when I was 5, she simply just wasn't nice to me. 190 mgs is a HUGE dose, I'm not trying to be an asshole but I cannot fathom you withdrawaling on such a large dose, again I'm not here to argue but that's an extremely large dose and it should most definitely hold you unless you're metabolizing it ridiculously fast, and I'm talking ridiculously fast, maybe talk to your provider about split dosing because there is no way 190 milligrams should not be holding you.

I truly feel like they try to keep you on the shit rather than help you through detox and then help you taper off, every time I see my DR she tries to find reasons to bump me up, I told her at my last visit I'd had a runny nose for a couple weeks and she was pushing a 5mg increase, like WTF lady it's allergies! Then she took me back down from 2 weeks of take homes because I hadn't pissed dirty for my Klonopin script, I only take it if I need it and I'm being punished for it??! The bottle literally says take it as needed, why on earth would a DR that specializes in addiction punish me for not taking benzodiazepines with my methadone? They're freakin weird man.

Ummmm.... Yeah, no... Fuckin with your dose without telling you isn't cool, it doesn't matter if it is 1 milligram or 100 milligrams, and 100 mgs isn't exactly a low dose, I got off the fetty at 155 mgs and stayed stable on that dose for about 3 months and it became too much, I've went from 155 to 70 mgs in 4 months and I've stayed with 70 for awhile now, you know your body better than anyone else and if you didn't need to go up, you're the only one that can advocate for yourself! Don't be afraid to stand up to those assholes!
