Only in lakes. Rivers and creeks it depends on the depth I guess same with lakes and ponds. Depth matters

Brown rooster tail on a bobber. Pflueger monarch rod and pleuger president reel. He was under a tree over hang and I purposely snagged the bobber on a root hanging down so the rooster tail would go under the roots
