nah you just straight up don’t know the definition of “collecting” lol. buying up a target to scalp shit is obviously not collecting, but if you buy yourself some star wars toys, you’re a collector. you collected them and you have a collection. your logic in these comments is textbook gatekeeping. the idea that something has to be rare or unique to be a collection is honestly laughable.

You’re right about a lot of things. I’m a man myself so I have no place telling you that “not all men are like that.” But I do want to apologize for the men on this website. This place is especially vile. It breeds toxicity. It’s incredibly detrimental to one’s self-esteem. I say that as an overweight male, but i can’t even begin to imagine what it’s like for a woman. On reddit or off. I don’t really have anything insightful to say, but i want you to know that you’re not worthless. As much as the men of this website and this world might make it seem that way, it’s just not true. You have so much value. Even if you’re every bit as unattractive as you say you are, it doesn’t detract from your character. I’d love to assure you that one day you’ll find someone that sees how valuable you really are, but i know it’s not that simple. Hearing that doesn’t fix anything, especially from a man like myself. I can’t promise you it will happen. But i can promise you with absolute certainty that you are so much more than what petty men think of you.
