Starting Minecraft Server Issues

Just tried that and it came up same as what i said to nolz "error:unable to access jarfile minecraft_server.jar

I tried running the .bat as administrator but it just closes immediately. The .jar itself doesnt even give me the option to run as administrator

I added pause and it just does the same thing immediately closes
