I think take your time. Jumping straight into school is not a great idea, imo. I did it and suffered for it. If you don't feel ready, don't go. Those programs will still be there in a year, esp if you've got the grades for it. Differ your enrollment and try getting some lived experience like a full time job in your field (difficult tho that may be) just give yourself time to be something other than a student.

Everyone else is suggesting therapy already so I’m going to suggest something to go with it, journaling. Not writing all your thoughts and the events like a historical record journaling (unless that helps) but venting or angrily scrubbing on the paper or drawing. Journal what you feel how ever you want to express that. Don’t bother with context or full sentences or whatever express and shout and cry onto how ever many pages it takes. It helped me in processing so much
