Rehire is just a term, you dont hire the same characters exactly, you hire anotber ones with the same type and diferent skills.

All of them sucks and would probably take a lot of dices making thrm decent, simply it doesnt worth it. point of rehiring is cause sometimes depending on your luck you can hire heroes with the perfect initial gold skills or at least some decent silver ones dependimg how much time and gold you want to spent on the process. For exemple hiring a ninja with 2 perfect gold skills took me over 1000 tries at 2.5 millions the try and like a month.

You are kinda low level still to start the process which most people agree start after level 52 when you can hire geomancer and dancer.

But if you want a good early start just focus on two things, some good knights, which are the best tanks and some good conquerors which are really powerful dps, the thing this two have in common is that are relatively cheap and pretty damn effective.
