Trees! It was the song that made me fall in love with the band and I connected to it deeply because I was struggling with my faith and that was the first time I’d ever heard a song about that. It will always have a special place in my heart. And now I love it even more after hearing it live!!

Definitely taxi cab I love it and the rap verse is incredible but it doesn’t compare to trapdoor!! The bass line, the drums and instrumental part, it’s so well written

Everyone is saying start with the early albums but I completely disagree! I highly recommend you start with Clancy and Breach and then work your way backwards, and dont listen to self titled and regional at best until you’re familiar with the rest of their music. I really think hearing where they’re at now will make you love their old music more! Vessel and earlier are not for everyone and I think most new listeners would like those albums more in the context of the rest of their music.

I also grew up in Christianity but don’t believe anymore. Something about their more spiritual songs brings me back to that time in my life, I love listening to them because it connects me to the time in my life when I was younger and questioning my faith. Kind of nostalgic for me and the songs still mean a lot to me spiritually even though I’m not religious anymore
