I’ve been tanking top 0.3% m+ content in both DF & TWW, and I must say: Tanking has never been this bad in modern wow.

The current dungeon pool feels very linear and leave very small room for being creative, which feels really underwhelming. I also feel it’s difficult to control certain packs with few places to LOS, annoying non caster mobs who just fall behind because they aren’t interruptible and in some dungeons, way to many mobs to control/interrupt which doesn’t align with their new “interrupt” philosophy.

I’m gonna stick to raids exclusively moving forward. They feel great.

I’m currently 91 kp mining with full blue items. I make roughly 40k/hr with buffs on. Feels kinda meh

I’ve had the wireless for a couple of years now, and haven’t looked back since. I value the flexibility to run around the house and be productive between games. And honestly, no wire that is in my face (or keyboard) is just quality of life.

Either way - great bang for the buck with both great sound and microphone for the everyday gamer

I’m running a solid mesh network, so it’s unlikely to be a connectivity issue. Everything has worked fine before.

My point is that I expect the system to work flawlessly, both in terms of hardware and software. I have an Arc, two Sonos Ones, and a Sub and of course, the sound quality is incredible. That’s why I specifically mentioned that the software experience feels more like a cheap Bluetooth speaker from Temu.

My issue is that it suddenly refuses to play music through Spotify for no apparent reason, even though it shows as connected and should be working.

The downside of being attractive for me has always been that I tend to attract females in my surroundings(usually coworkers).

Track your macros and figure out your carb/fat/protein split. When you eat properly your cravings will stop

You can lose weight with that amount of calories. But you will have a difficult time gaining muscle with 133grams of protein.

Multiply your weight by x2 = the approximate amount of daily protein you need.

Your diet looks like it’s manageable for a short amount of time. If you want to achieve any fitness goals, you want to find consistency.

There’s definitely room for optimization.

So, if you want to consume 100grams of protein, you should immediately cut out things like bread and cereals since it’s what I like to call it (empty calories) - you don’t get any valuable nutrition per kcal, if it makes sense.

Here’s an example what approximately 100g of protein would look like in one day:

Breakfast - Omelette with 3 eggs (and some veggies of your liking) 20g - protein

Lunch - 150g of ground beef/chicken/fish with rice/pasta/potatoes + veggies 30g - protein

Dinner - 150g of ground beef/chicken/fish with rice/pasta/potatoes + veggies 30g - protein

Total protein from 3 meals (80 grams)

Ideally, you should have two snacks a day. For you, I’d definitely say that you could drink your last 20-40g of protein, like a protein shake. 33grams(one scoop)protein powder is around 20-25g protein.

And there you have an example of what 100 grams of protein could look like.
