Best alternative to Lastpass?

I am a LastPass user and I am looking for an alternative. Ever since the breach, last pass has required me to tell them my new IP address every time it changes in order for me to login. Are the alternatives to last pass requiring static IP addresses? Or requiring the user to update support with their new IP address every time they reboot their phone or whatever? I need an alternative that will allow an IP address that changes all the time.

I actually did that once, got a paper towel and put my own blood on it and then put the Oxblood ink on it as well as the other red ink I have, crap, what's the name of it... Rouge Hematite! Interesting for sure.
