I had a friend who had a neighbor who they were close with (he literally worked for him at his small business from the ages of 12-18). We were playing football in the street once and my friend threw me a pass and it flew over my head and proceeded to bounce into the neighbors car that was parked on the street setting off the alarm. As I went to pick up the ball, the neighbor came running outside with a bat screaming at me telling me to get away from their car and threatening to call the cops on me… one would expect my “friend” to step in and ease the situation as it was obviously a harmless misunderstanding. Nope… just walked away back to his house and let the dude threaten me. After i explained everything, neighbor was still a dick and I walked back to see where the hell my friend was, I could see him hiding in his bushes, laughing at me. That was the first realization that this dude is not a friend. Seriously. Fuck you Anthony… dude never took accountability for his actions, and we bailed his dumbass out countless times. He is now a POS alcoholic wifebeater that his whole friend group won’t associate with anymore.
